Ms. Han has been involving in the field of intellectual property and company affairs since joined in DeHeng Law Offices from 2006. She participated or handled lots of litigation and arbitration cases which relate to copyrights, trademark, patent, unfair competition, trade secrets and domain name, etc.

Also, Ms. Han has extensive experience on the area of technology transfer &licensing, she handled amount of cases of patent licensing, technology transfer or licensing. Ms. Han serves or served as a legal consultant for CMCC, China CITIC Bank, TSMC Co, ltd. China Life, China Heavy Truck Group, National Medical Examination Center, CAEG, and Jilin City Construction, etc. In addition, Ms. Han has a working experience in a high-tech company as a legal consultant before she joined in DeHeng Law Offices.
