Ms. Li is a senior partner of DeHeng Law Offices/DeHeng Intellectual Property Law, LLC. In 1998, she starts her IP practice in China and in Hong Kong. Grace has obtained extensive experience in patent and trademark applications, oppositions, cancellations, domain name dispute resolution, IP customs protection, administrative action against infringement/counterfeits, IP litigation. Ms. Li is a frequent speaker in international conferences and has published articles in global magazines. In addition, Ms. Li has counseled many companies and enterprises in their IP matters including the IP strategy management.
