Mr. Lu started his intellectual property (IP) service career from 2007, during which he completed amount of drafting, reexamination, invalidation and litigation for numerous foreign and domestic clients. His major technical field relates to mechanical engineering and semiconductor technology.

He also assisted numerous clients with their IP strategy in China and even worldwide, patent mapping program, and overseas patents monitoring and watching services. He is more dedicated to litigate in the high-edge of patents and know-hows, to work closely with specialties in searching to obtain the most close prior art in invalidation.
