He has 8 years’ study and working experience in Japan and worked in well-known American company for 2 years in the field of R&D after his master degree. He has been involved in the practice of intellectual property affairs in a Japanese law office and received advanced, comprehensive training in the field of intellectual property. In 2008, Mr. Meng joined in a famous Beijing patent office and joined in DeHeng Law Offices/DeHeng Intellectual Property Law, LLC as a partner from 2009. During this period, he represented a large number of patent applications, patent reexamination, litigation and invalidation cases to maximize the protection of customers' rights and interests. Mr. Meng is specialized in consulting and formulating enterprise intellectual property strategy, intellectual property administration and infringement litigation, enterprise patent system construction, patent analysis and evaluation, licensing, etc. and also has rich experience in the fields of controversial, non-controversial and commercial intellectual property business. Mr. Meng was invited many times to give lectures and training for various IP offices and JETRO.
