Since 2016, Ms. Wang Yan has been engaged in trademark agency work. Starting from the basic trademark application for registration, it mainly covers review of refusal, opposition, invalidation, responding to the client’s consultation and administrative reconsideration. Up till now, Wang Yan has accumulated a relatively solid professional foundation. Previously, she handled patent search and translation for the Japanese client of Suntory, and the translation of opposition, invalidation and communication for the Japanese client of Honda when working in another agency. After joining Dehang Lvzhi, she is mainly engaged in the trademark agency such as review of refusal, drafting detailed arguments and grounds for opposition or invalidation, and responding to the client’s consultation.
