Mr. Wu is an attorney at law in DeHeng Law Offices, he starts his career in 1989 and joins in DeHeng Law Offices from 2003. Mr. Wu graduated from Jilin University of Technology of industrial engineering in 1984 and obtained his LLB in Heilongjiang University.

In 2008, Mr. Wu got his master of business law in RUC. Mr. Wu has been practiced for twenty-two years as an attorney at law since 1990. He was formerly or currently the member of Chinese Commercial Law Society, the vice director of International Business Committee of Bar Association in Heilongjiang province, the arbitrator of the Arb·itration Commission in Mudanjiang, the director of HengYuan Law Offices, the member of Intellectual Property Committee and Energy Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.

Mr. Wu has comprehensive experiences in IP protection, arbitration, infringement indemnity, etc. He also wrote lots of academic articles in the field of law and anticipated the compilation of the book of company law. Mr. Wu has been participated amounts of important litigation & arbitration of foreign and domestic cases.
